• Check impression for margin clarity before sending to Veliz Dental Prosthetics.

• Disinfect impression materials and place them in a sealed bag.

• Disinfect and wrap the models individually with bubble wrap, add bubble wrap to fill the box and prevent the models from moving and breaking during shipping.

• Shipping articulators, separate models from articulators and wrap them individually.

• Photos, loose teeth, shade guide, crowns or any other small item place them in a separate sealed bag.

• send your cases through the shipping company that are most convenient for you, the return shipping has no cost.

• We prefer UPS as our shipping company, we also accept shipments  from FedEx or USPS.
